The levels shown above are very stale in their approach to do business and lack any innovative, vision. Perhaps new rising stars need to replace this ignorant set of mgrs going forward. What does Intel have to lose? These useless field lieutenants must also be blamed for failing to challenge their own leaders decisions. They just carry them out like mindless clones.

These mgrs are clueless to making the work environment more compatible for the employee and themselves. The extent of their day is to order employees around like circus animals but never do any work themselves. They pride themselves on smooth talking alone. They should be first in line to be fired since they contribute nothing.
Yep. Having worked in AzFSM, I can say that the expectation was to extend every work day into nights and weekends. There was a myth called work/life balance, but it was nothing but hogwash. The FLM were never ashamed to throw nightly tasks your way which were always due the next day, while they left the campus at 3-4 pm. This was happening in many different modules on-site and therefore needs investigation by FSM brass. It was even worse at night with GLs coming in late on their shifts and leaving early, but their PEs and MTs always covered up for them and received quid pro quo. No doubt that corruption runs rampant on this site. FLM and SLM were ignorant and lacked any vision to make their own modules successful. Their modus operandi was to call one-man task forces on any issue that was brought to them by their leaders. Total joke!
