Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

I am waiting for vsp release agreement, wondering what to expect and what to watch out for. Appreciate responses from those who have signed it.

if you don't have the electronic form to sign, then contact vsp.questions@intel.com they will accelerate the process if you're wanting out within a week, otherwise it took me 3 days to get that form. On that electronic form which is the 2nd email it will say unsigned, it's only if you accept your package/cobra and whatever else. Then you can arrange something with your manager that you want to work x days/weeks left then you can do the last day office steps with the manager or site manager that can help you.

Also is it true that once you sign the release doc, you have an option to revoke until June 3.

I'm hovering over the button as well. I didn't see anything stating we'll be agreeing that we suck, just leaving under our own personal motives in exchange for cash 'n stuff. It's all sanitized by the Intel legal Borg collective.

Will prob press VSP button next week. I would like to know if there is any wording on the release docs stating that this is a "performance-based" VSP?
