For VSP, China is 1 month per year + 6 months, i.e., N+6 month pay.
Germany is 1month per year, that's 4.33 - not 5, not 4.5(we're still a eng shop, right?)
It's capped at 24.
It's a rather low offer, stronger unions get at least month*1.5 and 6month garden leave.
Employment process takes 3+ months after you found the right candidate, so average job search takes longer.
Yes Ireland is pretty much 7 weeks pay per year .. (2 of which are statutory and capped at 600 euro a week). Your remaining 5 weeks per year can earn you all the way up to 2 years pay if you have the years served. Tax on all this is effectively zero. I know at least 5 guys who have left with greater than 170,000 cash in their pockets (and 2 substantially more so) and they are some of the happiest people I have seen in Intel in years :)
Half? Really doubt that... I am an European Citizen and currently living and working in IT in Ireland. Now way it is half or if there is any major difference at all specially Senior roles!
Not sure... In Ireland salaries are half/50% of these in Germany (as I have heard). So at least Ireland deserves to have 7w per year. Not sure about Germany, seems that this is 1m (4.5w) per year.
