I GUARANTEE Houston is no better. Describing the leadership team as "grossly incompetent" would be an upgrade for these people. I feel sorry for the folks who stand the most to lose......the students.
Zenith and ECMC Leaders! i hope you're at least reading this section so you can have some awareness of what kind of morons you have entrusted to run your campuses. Your campus directors and your executive directors are invaluable with no skills whatsoever who can only get through the day by delegating their job and won't take the time to learn their job. It's also so mind boggling how you picked your ED's when they're obviously not qualified! How long will you as leaders allow this kind of behavior continue on? How long will you leaders think that everything is okay with your Picked CD's and ED's? Restructuring FAIL!

Our CD delegates authority down to managers and coordinators who do what they want and never communicate to each other about objectives or schedules. It's a hoot! I work at the circus! No, a circus is organized.
Not a clue. My CD can't even run a report to tell us our earning population or the difference between earners and non-earners. I guess the ED is suppose to help. What a joke!
Incompetent comes to mind with zero understanding of the business as a whole. Houston on the downward spiral with liabilities galore! Damn shame
Well since you brought it up, here at the Ft. Worth South campus my Director is an Idiot she does not know how to communicate. She's always using the words You Better and talks to us like we are on the show "The Underground"
