If women and Indians were so great, there would be legit tech companies built by indians and women. Sadly, this experiment will fail.

This guy is clueless. White male make up nearly 70% of Intel population; and it's supposed to be a surprise if the layoff percentage is over 50%? I'm sure a lot of good people got let go, but they definitely got some dumb a$$es. 😳

@zxa they certainly did know. White men are the dominant demographic in US EE over 50 population. This is just a fact. The algorithm was designed to maximize 'old white guy' numbers IMO, in a way that is legally defensible
Maybe they didn't factor skin color but they definitely did use age!

I don't think the HR knew the skin color before applying the formula guys get your head straight. Lot of innocent high performers like me are victims of this sh--ty management
