The company contact for H1B and Green cards needs to be updated as the person listed has not been with the company since February 2015. But, is compliance a value-added activity?
If that is the case then its not necessarily a H1-B.. its some other work visa.. If you didn't know.. there are other O&G companies currently being audited by US immigration.. Go look for O&G jobs that have postings that require people to submit resumes to Atlanta to the "labor certification PO box" companies have been caught with their hand in the cookie jar... Seriously.. its not easy right now to bring in a load of people for H1-B.. This situation could be a one of case..
@HsDh6XP-8oie Clearly you have no clue. There is a replacement for George Dozier that is waiting on a visa as we speak. H1B visas are not an obstacle for employment.
@HsDh6XP-7omw.. you must not understand how H1-B's work.. People don't get hired and wait for H1-B before working at any company.. I would suspect most of the H1-Bs are long gone.. You're pretty pathetic to think that a company as ridiculous as MRO can get away with trying to bring in H1-B's in this current climate.. I would almost guarantee that the government would reject all applications given that it would be impossible for MRO to prove that there is no one else qualified to take the job.. Jobs need to be posted on newspapers, major job websites, and marathon has to show that no one is qualified.. Companies are already getting ton's of resumes whenever they post jobs now... NO H1B's will get approved especially for Petrotechnicals in the O&G business regardless of company..

The board needs to fire unethical Lee Tillman and replace with Lance. Lance can think on his own and not be so dependent on the other execs to make strategic decisions.

Many employees are zoned out from prescription and illegal drugs. If HR scheduled a random drug test of employees (especially that little audit department on 24) they would not have to worry about layoffs, lawsuits, or severance packages.

No, thus is not because one should never do anything but work without any diversions, but IS simply because big brother is watching. Tillman has converted an employee friendly company into one run in a fashion that would make the Gestapho proud, headed by a foreign HR VP, with termination being the ultimate punishment.
