The talk probably made sense for her audience, which probably isn't as technical as the average Intel employee.
The key to this project is the giant laser, which was invented by the noted Cambridge physicist, Dr. Parsons. So therefore, it is fitting to call it: "The Alan Parsons Project".
Most of what she presented in that video is smoke and mirrors BS. MJFF is a project out of Israel that we (Intel) pay for. TAP is a boondoggle that sucks and has consumed tens of millions of dollars. And the Edison development toolkit - visit your local maker group and ask them about it...
Just classic Intel kool aid that's detached from reality.
