I have seen companies use surveys to various personnel for 10-15 minutes to provide feedback and opinions on the business, leadership and tools. In come cases companies use these to figure out who gets cut... I hope VMware doesn't do this...

They should cut out the morons driving around PA in their amg mercedes. For those of us that are actually doing the hard work behind the scenes, we should not be having this kind of stress. I swear, this has been the best and worst experience working for VMW. I do not feel as though I am compensated enough as it is, and now I have to stress about finding a new job. Then there are the white uneducated men that take credit for the hard working Asian employees with educations. Those are the ones that should be cut, they are overpaid for talking bullshit. I work hard and am under compensated. At this point, I will fill out a resume, but I am hoping I don't get laid off. I work too hard and have my kids to support. People that are excessively flashy and not doing any real work and taking credit for other's work at this company should be let go. PERIOD.
