CNBC talked about how good merger with ETE is with the price of oil rising. Said it may be decided by a judge in Delaware court. Hopefully both sides will see how great the merger is and bury their differences, one can hope.

Nice to see someone still has a sense of humor, needed in this stinky job market. It's OK, as long as the marriage is completed under the watch of a judge and the vows are official. I don't care if there is a divorce afterwards, doesn't matter.
