Hey guys, for those of you that got laid off by Boeing. My company is hiring people that have previous work experience. Prospective should have an active DoD Secret clearance.

Preferably, individuals should have 3 to 10 years of experience. But if you’re already a level 2 engineer at Boeing then you qualify too.

There are many positions open. Some of these are Air Vehicle Engineering, Software Engineering, Survivability, Antenna Design and Integration, and Systems Engineering.

All of those interested and meet these requirements, please send your email to me. (oandresusa@gmail.com) I will then refer each interested individual to to my company hiring system. Also, feel free to email me with any questions. And feel free to share this information with any other laid off employee that you may know.

Here at the Boeing site in Richardson Texas this is what you can expect if you are unfortunate to get a 60 Day Layoff Notice here. After receiving a 60 Day Layoff notice you would be required to sign a Wavier not to hold Boeing to Age Discrimination. If you refuse to sign the Wavier Boeing will deny you Unemployment Benefits. The Human Resource fellow here who lacks any integrity whats so ever states the Boeing Policy and Procedures that apply at all other Boeing sites do no apply at the Richard site. This individual makes up rules or procedures on the fly, So you are pretty much out of luck if they give you a 60 Day Layoff Notice here. Best thing to do if you receive a 60 Day Notice here is to ignore the Human Resource fellow and contact Boeing Corporate for help in filling a Appeal or Age Discrimination.

When is the RIF going to happen for the over bloated HR Managers and staff?

They could probably cut 50% and nobody would even notice.

Official WARN notices went out on Friday May 20th. Some skill codes were told that management is doing another evaluation and will be handing out more notices mid June. Older Puget Sound workers are the target and seen as a quick and easy way to cut costs. Some areas like Charleston S.C., where the workforce is much younger are not impacted.

It was blood bath. Some groups saw a 50% headcount cut.
