Whats the total number of people leaving intel with all these layoffs, closures and VSPs'?

Sorry I meant total of VSP, ISP, ERP is only 4 to 5% of the goal of 12%
I heard only 4 or 5 % of the 12% have been reached.
The numbers varied widely by department, but I suspect based on my limited sampling the could meet the 12K number if everyone took it. Thus the heavy handed email that rumored to have been sent ;-)
Management really wants to do it the easy way versus make hard decision on cutting whole departments or divisions that have too many people. Instead much easier to try and trim everywhere even in areas that can't afford to lose a person. This really shows you management doesn't have a real strategy nor strength, knowledge about the larger organization do do what is right.
But top management doesn't want to be bothered with those hard decisions, let the statistics do it.....
If you've recieved erp, vsp, there is a document showing the age of the persons who got each.
One would have to count it.
