Sohail: A case of short man complex

Just another example of an overrated ah*e who lied his way to the top. He hated being so short so he needed to have the executive power over everyone he hates so he can cause excruciating suffering among this populace. As far as actual company contributions, nothing! An executive at his level is expected to bring in billions in revenue for the company. This guy just sits in his office and disapproves white papers. What a joke! If anybody should go, it should be this creep.

I'm sure the OP is a perfect specimen of a man.

There is also "No-PHD complex" with another executive Phi Nguyen who hates anyone with PhDs, but still keeps hiring PhD because of the fear from Sohail. He directly verbally abuses EEs with PhD that they are free to walk out of the door if they don't like anything about the projects/work etc. What a GPTW culture we expect from these VPs..

Is there anything we can do to get new leadership in TMG? Anything? The entire organization is a train wreck and everyone is ignoring it like nothing is wrong. Morale is low, folks aren't mobilized we can't efficiently respond to the market or our customers and yet, most of TMG leadership remains in tact. TMG needs a Murthy. Where do we find one of those?

Every try asking his a question on TMG webchats, it's always a non answer. Basically stop asking question and get back in the fab little slaves. His 'leardership' has costed us our moore's law leadership, but we are not to ask questions and just slave away.
