Perhaps Intel ees affected by the past two layoffs should petition to see the race/ethnicity data for the turnover from 2015 & 2016. I have heard diversity crap from HR for several years. I have hired dozens of people over the years and have had to defend my decisions to HR and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Bottom line is, "The USA education system is failing us!"

Interesting. I have been offered ERP but I have not decided yet. However, the VSP mail was a clearly worded message saying .. we are giving you a chance to resign. Take it. 8 did not get that email because of ERP.
I doubt they can recend the ERP unless they recend all of them. We will find out if true.

Amazing that the company is going thru a huge layoff with what is easy simply cutoff to just cut those that got level "4" forget the reason. Now ask others to take a package, average joe that might have hit their ceiling but work hard maybe even 7 days a week 80 hours and do a good job... sorry you can go too.

Shouldn't BK be more worried about whether he fired the people that needed to be, that the places that need people didn't loose good people versus just back filling them with diversity.
I'm sure his diversity numbers will look good. They are getting rid of the older folks, as a demographics less diversity there and hiring diversity at as a larger percentage, of course with 100K people the statistics will look good.

Focal was completely rigged this year to reward and promote diversity employees. My manager indicated he had been given targets to meet from above. The company is headed down the toilet where meritocracy has no meaning anymore. Thank you BK.
