During the open forum Murthy went into great detail about the "new" strategy. After a lot of flowery language (not the usual Murthy flowery language) and must sweating it was over. We were all stunned and felt stupid we couldn't follow this visionary. Until someone asked the question "what's new apart from never ending rounds of layoffs" - the applause spoke volumes!

He'll choke even more when he watches the replay and sees Aicha laughing and applauding the questioner
There you go, now Murthy is upset as he gets served his steak dinner on the charter jet home. How is he ever going to enjoy the accompanying Bordeaux?
What a bunch of f---ing losers. Murthy even made them wear blue shirts
Yes. All the babble about breaking silos was funny.
yup. strategy sounded very similar to that in the past. i'm surprised there aren't more posts discussing the webcast from today. maybe not enough fans of tectonic plate shifts
That was truly a king's-new-clothes moment - answered with more meaningless "cloud" and "virtuous circle" references. And the applause from the crowd to show support for the questioner was both heartfelt and telling. But I enjoyed even more watching the faces of Murthy's subordinates on stage behind him as he was giving his initial spiel at the start of the forum - they looked like hostages, or North Korean generals at a speech by Kim Jong Un. "Well said, Dear Leader..."
LOL at Intel thinking they can do 5G.
Did this thread just get 270 in 11 minutes? Hahaha, man, talking about wide spread bashing of executives...
The "pervasiveness" of the "prosecution" from the "cloud" to the "fog" and all "things" in between is where Intel is "uniquely positioned"
