When you consider that Micron has shipped our jobs overseas it's really not so strange that many Micron sites are experiencing the same work problems that are similar.
It is not possible to take away our work and then leave those employees with enough work to stay busy. China is Micron. Everything stateside will be R&D.
U.S manufacturing is rapidly becoming a thing of the past. The problem is, the company is trying to pretend everything is the same. They don't think we will notice our workload reduced by 80%.
