DeVry works hard to program the minds of the deans and managers to operate like puppets. These poor souls only think about their paycheck and in the end this will catch up with them.
They use unethical practices and really do not care as they have become immune to emotions. But what goes around comes around!
These leaders or so called leaders give a hoot less how you are impacted, they are only concerned about their paycheck!!
Stand up for values and principles and see what happens to you. But then again you have to be one of those that smile and say yes! A suggestion, make sure to remove DeVry from your resume or CV when you get axed, and remember what goes around comes all the way back around! You have a number that will be pulled!!

I am a manager and I do not feel like a puppet. I know folks are frustrated because of layoffs but you should really be more careful when you make general statements like this.
