Fine. Well I know 3 women / jg1 and jg 2 and jg 5. All American, 2 "white" the other "non" . Both spectacular and got 0.6, 0.7 and 0.8 last year. In p&t, dw and ds.

Before that 1.0 - 1.5

Good cross section.

So much for D&I and all your bullshit. Their white male managers felt threatened. That's the long and short and gutlessness of it.

Hide behind it why don't you.

Treated fairly my black/brown/yellow/female ass

Some of you guys are unreal. I've sat in on many ranking sessions (in The Nerherlands) and my experience was that all staff were by and large treated fairly - until the ranking was complete. Then to comply with US regulation ....yes US regulations... Rankings were adjusted to ensure that the average distribution was applied to all categories, gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability etc.

So understand where this come from - US legislation - not the company.

The guy disputing the D&I politics writes like he didn't graduate high school English. So on the D&I claims I rest my case, this guy is obviously one who was retained for D&I.

Time for your meds dude, they are wearing off and the voices are kicking in again. I live in the real world, not your alternate reality. Yes I work for shell (still) and yes IPFs were bumped for D&I. I was there you weren't.

Hmm. IPFs bumped up because of D&I. Hah. You're deluding yourself. Fine if you don't want to know the truth but don't create your own. But hang on - you work for Shell. It's what you do.

Or did.

Speaking of rubbish, so is your post. I know for a FACT that Shell is overly concerned with D&I issues because I have personally been in on those discussions and seen the lengths they will go to in order to prevent even the appearance of a D&I issue. There is even a D&I filter on the spreadsheet when going over the IPF assessments. I've seen an entire group get their IPF bumped ACROSS THE BOARD because the limited statistics showed there might be a slight hint of that old unconscious bias we are all SO guilty of. Pure BS. Not everyone who has been laid off deserved it because they were not performing as you put it. I know of several that were let go whose IPFs were actually quite good. Just didn't fit the Shell inbred mold.

Ok the last post is absolute rubbish. Because I know for a FACT that Shell is NoT worried about D&I or any other rights. It's comforting to lean on that crutch and blame it on the minorities (make America great again - yeah!) but the reality is that you got laid off or should be ! Because you didn't perform.

Now. What you had to perform is left to interpretation of course. Hahahhaha.

If you look at the reorgs taking place and how political they are, not saying this is what led to this issue, but I can see how issues will arise like this out of the recent reorgs in the future. When you are more worried about D&I and imaginary homosexual rights (I've never seen a homosexual abused at Shell or in the industry) than being a for profit corporation this is kinda what you'd expect if you are mentally stable. I mean Shell needs to find out what they want to be. Do they want to be social justice warriors out to right every single wrong with the wrong solutions, or do they want to be a corporation that turns profits and pioneers technology to stay viable and profitable?

Its a good company, but its just like its become possessed by the obsessed. It's not the same Shell I knew a decade ago.
