Champagne socialist BK is so villainous that he doesn't even see his own hypocrisy: 1) the skin color/gender of his own staff (not that it SHOULD EVEN MATTER) 2) the raises and bonuses while firing thousands 3) the playing with drones/TV shows while blaming Otellini for wireless miss, etc, etc, etc. No he's not a super villain - just a pathetic one.
Atlas Shrugged villains were pathetic hypocritical champagne socialists too. It is an apt analogy.

If you actually do work for Intel - if you're not just some Randian troll who's ecstatic that he finally has an engineering context for his John Galt references - I apologize for "halfwit." That was just mean. I'm sorry. These are stressful times.
And, assuming you're an employee (and/or a shareholder), it's understandably galling for you that in these make-or-break times (that dangerous period in the life span of a tech company when so many of the once-golden fail to remain relevant and impressively profitable) the company's splashy initiative is Diversity. In other words, making a distracting priority of something that doesn't directly relate to what the company does to make a profit.
Though "villain" still seems a bit much.
