This has been a pattern for a long time and many employees are in denial. Why do you want to work in such a negative environment where each employee is only concerned about their job and cares less about anyone else. It was a blessing when I was let go over a year ago. I realized that I should have quit the job and should have did it two months after hired when I sized up the pathetic practices.

I actually love the people I work with. It's the corporate leadership to which I take objection. Leaving the company is a good move for anyone, though I will miss the camaraderie and teamwork that my location has always been so good at. I realize it isn't the same everywhere, which hopefully just makes it easier for others to walk away.
