Agree - the board needs to be swapped as well. Why Intel needs to lay off 12k (possibly > 25k in 2 years) all of a sudden? If we managed things well, this kind of drastic decision could have been avoided. And board members cannot not wash off their hands.....highly paid each board folks are there to provide timely solution / insight. If they fail to do that, they better go.....
Probably need to swap out the Board at the same time. These were the same knuckleheads that named BK as CEO. Really makes you wonder about their decision-making ability. No wonder why Intel is in bad shape.
