Chatter everywhere in the Woodlands but no details. You guys keeping your office in Woodlands? I am looking at a position there and am worried about my location.

Looks like they did set themselves up to be sold.
So 150 actually accepted to transfer to The Woodlands?
I don't think they would bring 150 people down just to sale. Newfield is doing the tough thing and consolidating. In the end they will be better off, and I think strive in these tough times. Good luck to everyone at Newfield.
There was a news story the other day, I believe on Yahoo, that stated The Woodlands will have a re-org. Said it was announced on May 10, 2016. Ever wander if they are setting themselves up to be bought out? Seems like they are selling off assets to the point of it being down to Oklahoma and China.
