The union progress is still at a stalling point. It is now at the highest point of review within the NLRB. NOV spent a great deal of money on an anti-union law firm from New Orleans. It's a shame how a company can dish out such large funds for anti-union tactics, but stated there were no funds to issue "due certification Raises" and ending cost of living raises. They claim they must remain competitive! Thier actions ,by keeping low wages and high employee turn-overs is the answer. This is unfair to the employees that invest their time and efforts into false promises. It needs to be halted, and a medium must be established that is fair to both the employees and the company.

Jackass should have listened. It's only been in place for a little over a day, and all of the sh-- is already hitting the fan. They're too busy celebrating their minor "victory" to realize that we're all going to be out of a job before we even have a chance to vote on a contract.
