Pledged Delegate Counts as of Friday (without Superdelegates):
"Madame Cankles" - 1683
"Bernie" - 1362
Secretary Clinton is also ahead in the popular vote by 3,135,835.
By way of comparison, at the completion of the 2008 Democratic primary process:
Obama - 1766.5
Clinton - 1639.5
And their approximated vote totals were less than 1% apart. (Officially, Clinton won the popular vote, since Obama wasn't on the Michigan ballot.) So it was a much closer race than this one. And Obama was the "outsider" candidate. Yet he won. And the Superdelegates didn't overturn the vote.
So why all the fussing this time around? Why all the "victim" language from Sanders and his supporters? Clinton had a far better argument for griping and Superdelegate-snatching in 2008.
Trump is going to make America great again
The nice thing about Clinton when she wins is my 401k will turn into a 601k.
The bad thing about Trump if he wins is that your 401k will turn into a 201k, like it did when Bush was in office.
Trump winning is definitely a signal for me to go to all cash and metals.
Meanwhile, Madame Cankles still hasn't wrapped up the nomination. Take away the super delgates and the lying old hag would be well behind Bernie on the delgare count.
