I am also hoping for an outcome that benefits Ron and Roland the least. Neither one deserves their position. Ron should have been let go years ago and Roland was always just in this short term, looking for a payday. The fact that they will both be hugely rewarded for their own failures is almost criminal when you consider it will all be at the cost of thousands of people's livelihoods.
This is one of those instances where the "bad guys" might get what's coming to them. But then again, they might be rewarded handily. I don't know which way it's going but I'm hoping for the most painful outcome for these SOBs. I bloody hate Staples!
Yes, sincerely hoping the ruling is against Staples and the stock tanks further. Furthermore, I hope the directors finally grow some balls and get rid of Ron and Otis.
This is a coin toss. I take heads and hope this POS company lands on its collective tails tomorrow. From Sargent down to several coworkers who I covered their asses when they needed it, but, couldn't return the favor when I was being PIP harassed, I hope the all have what's coming to them.
