What if Murthy was brought in specifically to replace BK? Afterall the only things not under BK are fab, DCG, and non engineering. They just put Stacy on sales, doubt Diane needs BK, they will succeed or fail irrespective, and the only thing BK needs to focus on is fab which is his expertise.
Intel squandered billions of dollars and a huge technology lead under BK's leadership. Why he hasn't been fired is not clear. Maybe hecis TMSC insider.
