INTEL management will do/create for U all Very Fake Virtual Reality, and make U and Ur peers in Real World to be very South, just to trick U/Ur position and make/carve Ur senses to be on the "right track".
The crap ICs will be artificially politically moved to "average" marks, while very good/technical ICs will be suppressed, as better 'ey R, the more suppression will be made by crappy, delusional (on purpose) corrupt, unethical INTEL FLM and SLM (management).
Not saying it is 100% true, but last 10 years it started to be more mainstream by "Good" management policies.
Teams average to be, "TEAM" buzzword is the key!?
Why? U all R smart, put Ur brains to work, and understand why!
