Watch out!!! Shell Woodcreek Offices are flooded with too many backstabbers!!! If you are smart, you will sense these haters (two faced morons often loved by their confused unethical leads or managers). I can name some miserable bastards here but not today.

I was bullied by a manager who tried to justfy his failure to defend all the hardwork i've done at their BS biased meeting called the calibration session, i can assure you that team leads don't add any value to shell, i can challenge anyone who can say this is not the case.....! At the end, my ex-sh--- expat boss still there, making peoples lives miserable, and i'm out!....Shell trained me for years then released me into the wild......i'm making more money, thanks Shell!.....deep inside however, it makes me sad to see a once great technically leading company being highjacked by incompetent management like this.......all i've seen is a leadeship that sets a wall between them and their employees, a culture that is bases on who knows who, and a toxic work environment!......i can even say that some shell managers are so unsecure that their developped a complex of superiority....bottom line, working at shell taught me how to be a better leader just by seeing what bad leadership is about! Failure, Failure, Failure....
It is not only woodcreek but also Bangalore. I have lost my job and I can name at least 3 people who back stabbed me. It has become Shell culture to protect and patronize incompetent backstabbers.
Too many Leads and Managers in each line of business!! Why do they need to have Project Lead, Team Lead, Project Manager, Discipline Manager, GM and so on... Most Team Leads and GMs add zero value to Shell.

Yep... I saw it when I came to WCK 5 years ago. But I got comfortable and I'm paying the price now. Of course, the back stabbers are everywhere. Its too bad the people that give a sh-- get get screwed and the brain dead asskissers survive.
Yeah that is weird how people leaving get basically the outcast treatment. When things improve people will remember how they were treated and by who. I notice that too.

I used to work for Shell, looking back at my Shell days, those were the most miserable days of my career. I found another job and i'm very happy now. I have experienced all the above, It is full of a--hole managers and team leads surrounded by asskissers and backstabbers...let it be guys! they deserve each other! It is a disfunctional organization that is only surviving because of its profits from other projects around the world acting as a cash machine. Shell is made for Ole-boy-clubbies or incompetent managers, team lead, vp with a common goal.....to get to the 80points while covering their asses.........as for me, i made a life time lesson, always go Dutch Style and do what's best for yourself!
