Yes, that last comment makes sense. Layoffs cost money. Firing people for cause doesn't. Savings are immediate. Firings then it will be.
No, I think it could be a true statement. The remainder of the year will be a slow firing of people one or two at a time. Slowly people will just disappear from the tower. Yes you are correct , no layoffs
