HR is gonna cut all year
Several people have confirmed this. Everyone should know that HR is gonna cut all year. Instead of making a large sweeping cut Devon is gonna spread out the pain (and the hysteria) over the entirety of he year.
Unfortunately this means that anyone could be let go at anytime.
