I just saw where the board for UOL accepted the buyout offer of the activist investor group. Does this mean that UOL is going to be killed? It may be about time, as UOL has long been on life support. The last few Goldston years were a mess, but hiring that idiot Lobo was basically the poison pill.
I've still got some friends over there, and it would suck if they ended up on the dole over this. Too bad they can't make incompetent CEOs have to pay for their mismanagement.
