For those of us that got ISP and were given a no rehire rating, is that the same as never being able to work on an Intel site. I'm curious because I'm interviewing for a vendor in a week.

Every layoff this happens- HR tells different things to everyone creating yet another layer of complete BS!
Per last year ISP q&a chat session with HR, ISP folks are allowed to returned as green badge. However, based on what I've heard but not confirmed with HR, Intel would not issue green badge to those folks that received ISP in 2015. Therefore, ISP could not come back as green badge.
I was told I couldn't work on an Intel project for an Intel supplier for 12 months . . . is that not true? Or are we all getting differing stories?
