Can anyone who has been or anyone who knows of someone that was layoffed, please clarify what package deal you or they got with FMC?

If you are salary employee you are eligible for a severance pay depending on years service. I had more than 30 years so my severance was the maximum of 52 weeks. People with 10 or less years got 2 or 3 months salary. Your HR department should be able to provide this information to you. Also, they keep you on the health insurance plan until the end of the month of which you were terminated. After that you are eligible to apply for COBRA.
