Wonder if they assigned an "E" number to it? Probably will cost them more if they did. Have to charge mileage and perdium.

Oh yea, plus supervision and a motel.

Saving money by letting the employees mow!!! That's horse sh-- because they are still in the hole after buying that 500 dollar electric battery powered lawn mower hahaha!!! All because the bosses didn't want their employees to ruin a gas powered mower. Wow. The stupidity goes beyond my greatest imagination. If the bosses are t mowing then the mower won't get f---ed up!!!!

Agreed, Earl drove this ship into the ground. Anybody still wondering why Devon fired him...

The TWO upstairs? I count 3, and that doesn't include MAF, who was pushed out of major decision making a long time ago.

CCMP is getting what they deserve. They have been behind the aggressive drilling in lousy areas, and Earl is their boy. I shed no tears for them. They're not newbies in the oil and gas industry. They knew the risks and had plenty of input into major decisions.

So long Chaparral. Keep feeding your employees that this is a good thing. If I was still employed there I would be hot on the trail for something new. It won't be long before more are kicked to the street. The smart ones are the ones who are leaving on their own!

The two upstairs have ran this company in the ground by allowing overspending for items that were unnecessary, poor drilling strategy, wasted dollars on completions, and will still receive big bonuses when they walk out of here.

That would be today. I'm sure anyone left high up has received their hefty bonuses for flushing this company down the toilet! Too bad for CCMP. There is not enough "equity" to pay for the debt. They should have seen this coming. Chaparral was in financial trouble before the price of oil dropped.

It's bound to happen sooner than later. Then we'll wish we would have gotten let go in the rounds before. Now there will be no severance in question at all. Probably won't even pay us for vacation. Sad sacks.
