Some people want to at least try to mitigate the damage by turning over as much as possible to whoever remains given any sort of time. If I were to get ERP I'd do the same thing; it's not the fault of the people I support that this happened...same with VSP. ISP will likely make that an impossibility...

Sounds like you WANT to stay as long as possible. Why did you take ERP then?
