All TIBCO employees start exploring opportunities, it is time to move to those companies which has innovation. Most of our guys are in Oracle, Salesforce, Mulesoft,Redhat etc..
Going forward most of the client projects will be migrating from TIBCO to MULE,Redhat or any other open source. The end of TIBCO era,also TIBCO NOW will be a disaster....

Yes. Move to oracle/redhat/mulesoft/pivotal/anything. Smart customers and those unencumbered by bureaucracy have already started the shift. TIBCO is selling their services business to an Indian SI - so services and support are going way down hill and who knows what they are planning for the rest of the business. Vista's focus is to run the company by a financial model not by customer success points. You are going to be left with a horse and buggy if you don't move soon

I'd have to strongly agree. Considering some of their largest clients are migrating away e.g. Allstate and last quarter's net new license revenue was <$2M I'd say they are dead... Get out before you're shown the door
