IoT growth year over year is very small, 4.7% this year vs 4.1% last year. This means that division will not be relevant until 2030. Many key resources will be gone way before that.
IoT is simply a wish. I understand that Intel has moved some of their best and brightest from other areas of the company into IoT. It was an undercover redeployment all the way. It won't matter. It won't take one of these geniuses to soon find out IoT is doomed and then there will be only three pillars.
