Are sabbatical getting paid out for ISP's? I read on some threads that it varies by state...if so, how about for Austin, Texas?
Also read on another thread that sabbatical payout is pro-rated based on how further you are in the sabbatical qualification timeline (7 years for 8 weeks or 4 years for 4 weeks).
I did not go over this during my '1:1' with HR, would like to get clarification from others ISP'd before I contact HR regarding this. For the records, I'm qualified for the 4 week sabbatical, but have 1 more year to go until I could have qualified for the 8 week one. (i.e completed 6 years of employment)
