It's been a long time since I left Paragon, had emotions about leaving, actually left in a huff then got scared ... called to see if could come back and of course no one answered the phone ... tells you about the character of leadership, what is really sad, it was the leadership who gave me the phone number. But I am here to tell you that their cowardness was absolutely the best thing that I experienced.
I took a few weeks to settle down and let go of what stress I could. Then I got to business and started building and looking for new opportunities and it wasn't long until I had more interest coming in then I could handle ... literally. My horrific experience in Charlotte has been over for a number of years and I am so much happier, healthier and smarter because of the appalling ethic and social work environment I endured while working on the Paragon product. The insight that I gained about people who are willing to abuse others for personal gain helped me to become a strong and ethical leader who enjoys truly grateful and spirited team members that thrive. There are many places to work in Charlotte and surrounding areas that offer great attitudes and real professional demeanor. Regardless of your age, your financial situation or whatever reason you try to rationalize staying in a drunken disorganized disaster. Believe in yourself and take one step a day or week on finding your path to a better future, it is here, it just takes believing in yourself again … you know it’s in there regardless of the despairing atmosphere you are dealing with today. Really think about this, how bad does it have to be for someone to create a website like this? Don’t you think you deserve better … I think you do.
