Has anyone volunteered for a layoff or know how that's handled in Cameron? I don't enjoy my job and I am looking for a way out, but being laid off his way better than walking away (package, unemployment, explaining to future employers). I'd rather them let me go and save someone who truly needs their job.

Corrupt IT Sustain "LULU" supervisors are above the sky, so they are all safe (LULU = TamiLU & TeluguLU), mind about the SNAKES too that support these LULU supervisors
They have asked for volunteers in the past, under certain conditions. Those conditions are not what you guys are facing now. I left after the 3rd layoff at my V&M facility. I prayed to get on those lists. It makes it easier, but you either need to walk, or hang in there. The end is near. The sky is falling.
Can we volunteer Badri for layoff?

If you are not brought in by an Indian Manager thru the back doors/ you are NOT a Friend of a Tamilu-Telugu-Indian Manager/ You are not from India then don't worry you are all set to go and you have just only 100% chance for the HR to meet you to introduce an escort
It doesn't work like that, because of the money. They'd much rather you leave through attrition. Much cheaper for them.
