Anyone else hearing that they are doing this because they plan to close Houston offices

i don't see that happening - shell doesnt make money of gasoline anymore, so why spend so much money on a sponsorship to the general public? just cost cutting - better golf than more employees...
Shell would never close the Houston office unless they were going out of business.
