This site is getting boring. After Marathon ran off most of its 55+ employees, probably 90% of its black and Hispanic employees, kept a ton of Scots probably by lying to Immigration about the criticality of their skills / need, and laid off every Viet Nam era vet they had, surely the EEOC or VA or ICE would have come calling to give y'all something to talk about. Oh, wait, almost anyone with the ability to beget an original thought has been ushered out, too, lest he do something other than bend with the breeze, as the executive management and their minions would have it.

The documentation is there if the government wants it. Instead of complaining on this site file a complaint with the state.

This doesn't only happen at Marathon... this crap has been happening in all private sectors... for over the last 30 years, except for government... makes you wonder what's being taught in the MBA programs (the Gordon Gekko wannabes)...
There's a significant slowdown in the global economy, and a lot of people are blinded by it... a lot will have an awakening soon...
If the government has come after Marathon, it should be no surprise, but I am not aware of it. Of course, HR and Law would shut this fact up tighter than a drum.
