They need to unionize because they don't care about their employees anymore!
Benefits are already being cut. Money says they make drastic changes to their packages for employees who's jobs get relocated to Panama. Rumor has it, no more 2 weeks per years of service. Max will be 6 months paid regardless of tenure.
