Thread regarding Marathon Oil Corp. layoffs

The Two Major Problems at Marathon Oil

There are two major problems, as follows:

1) Tillman, an Aggie, could not have been in the Corps of Cadets, or he would show loyalty to his team, including lower level members. He's another of these leaders totally devoid of moral authority who also, of course, will never have been in the military (the last is a guess, Lee, so please prove me wrong).

2) The VP of HR is Canadian. Send her back, as she does not realize that laws in the USA have been passed to protect older employees, minorities, those with disabilities, veterans, and companies, including Marathon, are supposed to favor the employment of Americans over all the asskissing Brits we still have (Scots are Brits, too, as they voted to remain so).

People have to sign a release to get their TAP severance. If you don't sign, you don't get the pay out. If you are fired from HR or for being old or a minority, they may pay you off even more so there will be no lawsuit and no public record. Blue Jeans always pays off her people so they not squawk. That's how it has has gone down for years, and now the Tempo is picking up.

Most lawsuits are settled out of court so there is no public record. Plaintiffs also have to sign non-disclosure agreements, so it will be hard to find out the exact number unless you work in the Marathon legal department.

More like.. we don't have as many attractive assets.. Other than OK.. if we had a foothold in Permian.. Marathon would certainly be better off..

The two biggest problems at Marathon are low oil prices and titty baby entitled ex employees.

Lee thinks we should be allowed to bring therapy dogs to work. This should make everyone happy and give him sex partners that don't talk.

I think Marathon has already been sued more than once for some sort of discrimination. Does anyone know who filed the lawsuits (once filed, a lawsuit is public isn't it?)?
