And with the closing of the call centers what is going to happen with all the technical people like Global Infrastructure, will they be affected?

If anyone doesn't believe this, look at the career site. Not customer care job posted anywhere in the country. There are posts for the various call centers for a Work Force Management person. Look at the job description and this line:

"The WFM Strategic Planning Analyst role serves as a steward of financial analysis & information, to be utilized by key Customer Service stakeholders for making strategic decisions in their business units, specific to process outsourcing."

Process outsourcing...customer service is a process.

Funny, you are missing quite a few call centers in this list. What about Kentucky and Montreal?

Aurora, Halifax, Mississauga, Rochester will all go first. Current split with Sitel is 50%.

Aurora will be out this year with the rest following in 2017 moving towards a 90%-100% model.

Have fun.

Let it all go away! I'm so sick of Staples and all these companies who hang around, slowly dying, and who know that there's no salvation. Employees and customers, stay away from these companies. These companies are remnants of the past and they have nothing to offer you. The sooner you leave them, the sooner they'll disappear. There are much better places and ways to do business nowadays. Goodbye Staples!

Everyone; all call centers. I can confirm this. All call centers will go to third party. Sitel will take most of the contracts and the others will be with VMC.
