Heard that in April the technip merger will be complete and that the plant is going to close due to technip having similar operations overseas. Also heard rumors that Embridge wants to pull all contracts from fmc-technologies due to bad parts.

Jeff Lantz is a arrogant, insecure, narcissist who routinely abuses the position of Engineering Manager in order to boost his ego. I attended team meetings that he held on the weekly basis where he would make condescending remarks to the people reporting to him in front of all their co-workers. He always made a point to start off a meeting by attacking someone in public especially the interns and new hires putting them down in order to show his dominance over those below him. I would sit their in awe and not understand why FMC would give a person like that given the responsibility of managing a group of professionals who were clearly trying their best to succeed. I also could not understand why the people he directed the derogatory comments to would sit there and take it. Unless they just feel trapped or think that is business as usual. Jeff is all about Jeff and doesn't have a decent bone in his body. Hope you achieved everything you set out to obtain by stepping on everyone whoever tried to offer an opinion that was not yours or may have disagreed with you.
