Always cutting salaries/wages. Take those credit cards away from the ones who use them to eat at expensive restaurants and treat their entire family and friends too. A lot of the ones with credit cards are fat and overweight and nothing but sit in the office while others sweat their balls off. Get rid of about half of the front office workers. All they do is f--- on top of the desks and still don't get fired.
