Ashamed to work for Warren Buffet, the worker killer

What is sad is that while laying off good hard working people with 35 years of service they do it in a manner that is deplorable. They come take you away like a criminal and can't even shake hands goodby, all the while hiring lower paid workers with no experience and having the knowledgeable ones train them to take their jobs. Warren is going to live to 100 years old but by saying he is going to leave his fortune when he dies and people should pay their fair share of taxes while he doesn't. Then says it's because he's first priority is the shareholders... He is the major share holder, while he has the Feds in his pockets and gets to destroy families and before he dies he will destroy many more... Shameful Man

Just cant seem to leave anything be, the schedule was great they ruined that, the weekly pay was great they ruined that, the raised rates on parts when demand went down, compitition is doing great while we loose buisness, managment cant seem to see they ran high dollar parts to hit numbers and created millions in debt on backorder parts, so cutomers left, they blame all their failed management on employees that have no control over price setting or parts ran, they pushed us to produce while handing us new trainee's and rules/policy changes, as well as operational changes every week for the last 6 years. That is no joke. Every week they change something.
It was an amazing company that cared about the employees, untill Portland management got involved. Was a career now its a job.
This place will beat the give. A f— out of you completely.

I to was called in March 8th, 2016, after serving 35.5 years... Payed off. Worked for Precision Castparts. They are hiring a lot of new college graduates at a fraction of my salary.
