Remember when Everest College was failing, and you were glad it wasn't ITT-Tech?
Did you ever tell yourself, back then, that working for ITT-Tech is sort of okay, because at least it isn't Everest? They had those awful ads, the made-up placement rates, Jack Massimino, call centers, ugh.
A COUPLE YEARS LATER:
ITT-Tech spokesperson Nicole Elam no longer puts out press releases on the latest lawsuits and accusations. So many, and nothing to say in defense anyway.
CEO Kevin Modany doesn't take questions on his investor webcasts. He is allowed to rant for a few minutes, then goes back to the bunker for another 3 months.
Management cries about persecution by ......you name it ... the media, ideologues, politically motivated hacks, former students!! Executives complain that greed is behind it - the complainers are out to get money, of course. The root of all evil -- ITT is expert about that!
Public statements revolve around claims they are following all regulations perfectly. And students are their number one priority!
