90% leads and managers(including DM) chennai office are not qualified for management roles.
They are placed as leads and manager just to maintain regional dominance in collusion with local HR and PDAC &admin.
When a real leadership/ech challenge or management challenge show up they look towards pune for good resources to tide over the problem.
The targeted pune resources is forced on to bench and then forced to relocate to chennai to work under totally unqualified tameel mngr or lead who after getting the problem resolved denies credit to the pune resource for the work done and then moves the good pune resource back to bench.
First these outsider should kicked out from the HR and RMG and recruitment roles in Hyderabad as these guys sporting a MBA degree purchased from Spooky Pune and Mumbai colleges are blocking local from getting jobs and misleading government also.
Educate your peers in Hyderabad and ask them to make regular complaints against these unscrupulous elements. also educate them about long terms perils of taking technical roles in Pune and chennai

He lends money to DM and DD and get retained on project with out any work load and even goes on site frequently. He leads the group which intigates local employees against outsider.

Instead of taking back jobs from Syntel it is better to join some good company. People who are still in Syntel are being locked in one way or the other by ODA rest of them are Freshers who have been cheated by taking 2 years bond from them.
Most of the PM's here are incapable. If they leave Syntel they have to beg on the streets. They gave up doing technical stuff long back and they know only to work on Excel, PPT.
Honestly ex-syntellers don't ever feel bad if you lose your Job Life does not end with Syntel. There is some better opportunity awaiting.
