Population is tanking, financials are a disaster, employee complaints thru the roof and no changes, that benefit students have been implemented. You are not operating in the land of Oz. Leadership development meeting without the leadership or development aspects.
As in the last Zenith all in meeting in Texas, they get a "grant" from the ECMC Foundation to pay for it all since Zenith is in the hole $100's of millions of dollars.
What was the reason of this meeting? The schools ( I use the term loosely) are falling apart , understaffed with zero guidance by qualified personnel, but there is money for this this pow wow, which I presume was a "come drink the Kool aid" meeting....
I would appreciate any enlightenment.
